Return & Exchange Policy

Domestic (US)

Ring Size Exchanges

• If you want to exchange your ring device for one of a different size, we will exchange it for you for free once per device you ordered. Exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of the product.

• Process for exchanging a ring device: (1) respond to the order confirmation email you received when you bought the device and say that you are exchanging it, (2) place the device into its box, and place that box into a shipping package, (3) print out the order confirmation email and put it into the shipping package so that we know who is exchanging what device, (4) ship it to Cybernetic Research, 336 36th St., Ste 366, Bellingham WA 98225, USA. We will ship the exchange to you within five (5) business days of receipt.

• We do not accept exchanges for other devices.

Returns

• If you want to return your device for any reason, we will give you a full refund within 30 days so long as you follow the instructions here. The device or the box cannot be damaged, so please keep it in good condition. The full refund includes the purchase price and the initial shipping cost.

• Process for returning a ring device: (1) respond to the order confirmation email you received when you bought the device and say that you are returning it, (2) place the device into its box, and place that box into a shipping package, (3) print out the order confirmation email and put it into the shipping package so that we know who is returning what device, (4) ship it to Cybernetic Research, 336 36th St., Ste 366, Bellingham WA 98225, USA.

• We do not accept returns for implant devices.

 

International (Non-US)

• We offer a refund and exchange to international customers on the same terms as US customers, except as follows. Due to the heightened and variable prices of international shipping, we are not able to offer a refund of international shipping costs or free international shipping for an exchange. You have to pay for your own return shipping for a refund, and for both ways for an exchange. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we are actively planning to resolve this issue by setting up distribution centers in international various regions between 2024-2025.
